As we’re in Liberty Village you’ll be in a vibrant community that has a nice mix of young professionals, families, and students. There’s a park, bus stop, and Bike Share across the street, a Metro/Bulk Barn/Home Hardware/LCBO/Shoppers 3-5 minutes walking distance, Exhibition GO Station 5 minutes walking distance, tons of restaurant/food choices nearby, and a nice view of Lake Ontario down near Lake Shore Blvd.

Building amenities include: Concierge/24 Hour Security, Bicycle Parking, Visitor Parking, Guest Suites, Storage Locker

Also note that, though some building amenities are unfortunately closed due to COVID, once they reopen you’ll have access to: Gym, Pool and Whirlpool, Rooftop Party Room with outdoor terrace and BBQs, Games room (pool, ping pong, air hockey), Movie Theatre room, Bowling Alley, Golf Simulator room

I’m currently a Masters of Teaching student at UofT, so I’ll be using the den as my office/study area. I’m friendly and open but enjoy my personal space and like keeping a fairly neat and clean apartment. When I’m not doing schoolwork or tutoring on the side, you can catch me playing my Nintendo Switch, jogging, or trying some arts/crafts :)
