Newly renovated, the two bedroom apartment I have is beautiful. The living room is extreamly spacious and there’s a 10 foot private balcony attached. Placed on the seventh floor this place is amazing for college students. This apartment building also includes an outdoor pool for it’s residence. The main population is college students. This comes with heat and water but hydro and internet will be split between the two of us. Move in date is July 2nd. I’m looking for one extra person to take over the other half of the lease and take the other bedroom. I need a fun roomie ♥️
