Small bedroom In a quaint basement suite available partially furnished or unfurnished. The room will come with a bed though you are welcome to replace it with your own. I have left the bedroom empty and plain for you to decorate as you wish. Price is all inclusive and includes rent, internet, electricity, water, garbage, parking, and yard access. I have turned the living room into my bedroom as you will see in photos. Most of the time my room will be blocked off by dividers for privacy. Your bedroom will be completely private with a door. We will share the full bathroom and full kitchen. There is a beautiful big backyard and front yard that you may have access to use. Owners have a massive garden that is beautiful to look at. Located on a cul-de-sac on a quiet street in Sidney, BC. Parking is on the street somewhere in the cul-de-sac. Within walking/biking distance to downtown Sidney, bus stops, parks, and beaches.

Hi there, I am a 31 year old female looking for a roommate for up to one year. I am open to 3-6 month stays as well if you can commit to an agreed timeframe. This is a one bedroom suite. You will get the private bedroom and the living room has been set up as my bedroom with dividers for privacy. I work full time during the day Monday to Friday and have an energetic 2 year old puppy. We can divide up storage in the bathroom, cabinets, and fridge. This is a small suite that would be great for someone who travels, is a student, or doesn’t have a whole lot of stuff. It’s a very peaceful and pleasant place to stay. The landlord’s live upstairs and are very friendly, and respectful of your space. I am looking for someone who does not party, smoke, or drink at home. The apartment is too small for overnight guests. (Females only please)
