About the room
Hey guys! If anyone is looking for an apartment, I have this really awesome place on Hickory (so super close to Laurier) with two rooms available. The place is massive at 2200 square feet spread over two floor and with lots of natural light. The condo is spread over two floors with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, in suite laundry, and a huge terrace overlooking campus.
Over the summer the place is being renovated! It’s being repainted and getting a new kitchen (with new appliances) and new flooring!
The common areas will be fully furnished and we are flexible on furnishing bedrooms.

About the roomies
My friend and I are hoping to find roommates, turn friends, that we can create a really awesome, supportive, home-y environment with.
Both of us are going into our second year at Laurier, myself in Data Science and her in Ancient Studies. It would be ideal if our new roommates are also students.
Both of us are very clean and tidy. So we’re hoping to find people that don’t mind keeping the place clean, other than that we’re good with pretty much anything.
