There are two rooms available upstairs with large windows for tons of light. Any items in the photos will be removed before moving in. (except the giant photo in the smaller of the two rooms.) Both rooms are quite spacious and have closets. The neighbourhood is quiet with friendly neighbours. The backyard is quite large with a deck and a BBQ. Located close to Idylwyld and Circle Drive for quick transport around the city, with a bus stop approximately two blocks away. This allows easy transport to the University, Siast, or downtown.

I’m 31 years old, co-signer of the house with my father, and looking for quiet and responsible tenants to share the space with. I have two dogs and two cats (cats stay inside), work full time, and usually keep to myself. With Covid I have been limiting my social circles.
