West Broadway

It’s a wonderful location on Broadway next to the VGH and many clinics. There are so many little specialty shops nearby, and great restaurants. It’s minutes to walk to the seawall and local grocery stores, and other department stores and boutiques.

I’m a paramedic student, busy throughout the weekdays, very quiet and studious. I like having baths before bed, but otherwise I’m rarely in the way. On the weekends, I like to relax in the living room and go for walks on nice days. I’m married and living apart from my husband, who is in Germany for work until September. Looking for a tenant who wants to stay month-to-month until then, with the option of taking over the lease in September. I also have an elderly cat who sleeps all day and night.
