I have 2 rooms available.

The house is 4 bedroom, but I would like to use one as a common study room/office.

Rent will be $750/Month for the slightly bigger room, and $725 for the slightly smaller room. However both rooms are nearly the same size.

Rent includes all utilities: Electricity, Wi-Fi, Heating, Water.

Common living room, kitchen, bathroom, dining room, basement for storage, backyard and patio/fire pit.

Washer and dryer in the basement.

Quiet neighborhood in south Osbourne, friendly neighbors. Perfect for studying.

Little sisters coffee shop within 3 min walk, Safeway within 5 min, Blue-line rapid transit/running and biking trail within 7 min walk.

Walking distance to two well maintained community skating rinks in the winter plus the river trail.

I’ve lived here for two years and crime appears to be non-existent.

Parking on the street in front of the house. One parking spot is available with plug in the back if needed.

I’m a professorial male currently working on my masters while working part time. During the week, I’m either; at home working on my research, or at my lab in the UofM. In the evenings I’m either at my job, baking something wild or with my girlfriend. Weekends I’m either working, outside the city hiking/ camping, or at my parents. (Always COVID permitting). I’m a very outdoorsy person, if you’re interested in coming for weekend adventures.

I’m very tidy and organized person. And hope any future roommates respect the cleanliness of any common space.

I believe I can live with anyone as long as agreed upon boundaries and cleanliness are maintained.
