Cal's room

The room includes a queen sized bed for the perfect roomie. Shared use of the kitchen, bathroom, and other living areas, in-suite laundry.
Rent includes - Telus WiFi, Insurance, Utilities, use of the Rooftop Patio and other building amenities as-well-as our terrible jokes.

The building is conveniently located in Calgary’s community of Capital Hill. It is right across the street from SAIT (Southern Alberta Technology Institute), ACAD (Alberta College of Art and Design) and the SAIT C-Train station, five minutes from the University of Calgary or into downtown, right across the street from North Hill Shopping Centre. The building features a rooftop patio with BBQ stations, firepits, and stylish furniture.

My 10 year old daughter and I just moved to Calgary from Edmonton, and are looking for another female to share our apartment with. I am a 31 year old Jamaican, who cannot cook Jerked Chicken. I try, so sad…. Loooove eating it though.

We are fun loving, we love the outdoors, we love to learn and meet new people. We love regular road trips and and fun new experiences. We love to laugh, we are so not funny, but try our best. lol. We are positive people seeking other positive ambitious, goal oriented individuals. We love a clean home and would love another individual who appreciates cleanliness. We are not “neat freaks!” But we can’t stand “Nasty!”
