UNIT: Largest room (13’ x 11’) in a large, newly renovated two bedroom apartment. Shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room/living room space. Dining/living room has large windows and it’s full of daylight. Large balcony for use as well (17’ x 4.5’). Laundry room with Laundry card system on first floor. Plenty of storage space in the apartment’s multiple closets and storage room. Parking in garage included. Pictures of the bedroom show furnishing, but bedroom will be not be furnished.

ACCESSIBILITY INFO: Apartment is on the second floor. There is one elevator.

LEASE TERMS: Month to month, prefer long term roommate. Last month rent required for deposit, as well as Proof of income and prior landlord reference, if available.
