Our place is in close proximity to TTC and the downtown core. Quiet friendly neibourhood. There is wifi throughout property and Netflix. We have a turtle and 12 year old shitzu. If you’ve a small car or motorbike ,you can park in the backyard.You will have use of a microwave and kettle.Fans in the summers months.Community centre and running room close by.Express bus to financial district short walk away.Subway 5mins away. Also if you d like you can eat in the dinning room. Porch and patio is also available for you. Both my son and I are asthmatic so non smokers,sorry. We also have a patio BBQ. Shoes off slippers on at door. Clean and tidy . Also no pets,sorry.
