This cute city park home has 3 bedrooms and one shared bathroom. The home is within 2km of SK Polytech and within 3km bike/walk from University of Saskatchewan. It is perfect for a student in either location. There is a living room, kitchen and yard. The home comes with a large and spacious kitchen that is perfect for a roommate who likes to cook. The available room can come with a futon and a dresser. The room size is 9.7 x 9.4 feet

There are currently 2 female roommates who lived together for first year school and are looking to add a third roommate. A new roommate will prioritize being flexible, friendly, considerate, cooperative and clean. Since students are a preferred roommate, being respectful of each others schedules, deadlines and priorities while doing your share to keep the home tidy and organized will be important. Finding the right roommate who is helpful, kind and maybe looking to meet a new friend in the city is great. Looking for someone keen to do well in their program who is neat, tidy, a non-smoker, and not interested in drugs or partying. One of the roommates has a friendly, large dog. No other pets will be considered however we welcome anyone who loves dogs and is familiar with training and/or living with animals.
