Close to everything you need. 10 minutes on foot from st-henri subway station. Close to parcs, bars, gyms, banks, pharmacies, grocerie shops ect. A few seconds away from bike friendly canal lachine.

I’m not the type to go out every night or host parties all the time. I’m calm and laid back in nature, which also translates in the type of atmosphere the condo has. This will be ideal for anyone looking to study/work in a peaceful atmosphere, or is simply looking for that type of living environment. I enjoy having my own space and make it a point not to infringe on someone else’s. That being said I also enjoy good conversations/diners and other activities such as watching movies or playing board games/video-games in good company . You could decide to spend most of your time in your room which would not be a problem at all, or use the living room as well, no issue . Only thing if you spent most of your time in the living room would be to use bluetooth headphones when watching the television as I work from home during the day. Also, there is a pic here with a bird but he doesnt live here lol
