I’m looking for a new roommate or roommates to join a 3-bed, 1.5 bath upper level house in downtown Squamish (5th and Victoria).

We can have 3 people total paying $980,00 per room or just me and another roommate paying $1470,00 per room (and sharing the third room).

Kitchen/dining/living/laundry and gear room, a large deck looking out to the Chief, back yard, front yard and a shed.

The bedrooms are good size and unfurnished. 1500 sq. ft. available.

I’m friendly, I enjoy climbing, skiing, hiking. This won’t be a party house and should be quiet after 10.00PM.

A puppy dog will be moving in by fall or winter.

I work from home and some quiet will be needed when meetings are happening (20% of work hours - 8am to 5pm).

I’m looking for someone who wants to build a great home environment! You’re friendly, clean, responsible, communicate well + willing to do house chores and recycle/compost.

I’m getting the house on June 1th. I’ll bring my furniture and there will be space to bring yours if you have any.

Viewings can be arranged with the current tenants with a few days notice.

Ideally looking for someone who will be staying long term.

Non-smoking. Pets may be considered.
