Hello, we have one room available in the upstairs part of the house we rent. Myself and my boyfriend rent the master room upstairs, and there is another female occupying the basement room. The place is very nice and new with a big bright kitchen and living area, as well as a fenced in backyard with double detached garage. You would have your own bathroom located across from your bedroom, which is around the corner from the hallway so it is nice and private. There is technically 2 rooms to chose from, one we have been using as a spare/ storage room and the other that has a small walk in closet. You would have full access to the kitchen and living area, as well as the basement living area. Rent is $650,+ utilities (split 4 ways) which are usually around $110-$130 for our enmax bill, + $23.36 for highspeed WIFI. ** If you are a couple, we would still love to hear from you and discuss some options!

My boyfriend and I are in our mid 20’s, love music (we both have performed at big venues) and love travelling and camping. I work in the aviation industry and am usually working, and my boyfriend runs his own business from home. We are looking for a young mature adult, preferably between 20-30 years old. We don’t have any friends or family visit often, but it is totally fine if you would like to have a friend over once and awhile! We just ask that you give us a heads up to be respectful to the rest of the roommates in the house.
