Your private room is a carpeted 12’1“ x 11’6“ second floor room with ceiling fan and closet. Bedroom furniture can be requested. Common areas include a living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and small rec room. This is a non-smoking/cannabis free household. 1 parking spot is included.

There are four bedrooms total on the property. One room is occupied by the landlord (Female, early 20’s) and she is really awesome. Like, really awesome. The other two are occupied by two lovely ladies also in their early 20’s. The last room is currently available for rent.
