About the room
Hey everyone! I am looking for a student to fill 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom townhouse available for rent from June 2021 - April 2022. The house is located at 66 Rodgers Road (at Edinburgh and Kortright) in a great location! Directly across from a plaza with a Zehr’s grocery store, pizza place, dollarama, banks, restaurants, bars and many other shops! Bus stop with multiple routes is right across the street! The house is down the road from campus!
One bedroom on the second floor at $550 + utilities.
It is a smoke-free property. The house has a really nice private deck with barbecue and patio furniture. Message for more info!
About the roomies
We are three responsible, clean University of Guelph students. Two of use are going into our third year of university, and one going into their fourth year. We are all very clean and expect any new roommate to maintain the cleanliness in the home. The room would be sharing a bathroom with only one other person in the home.
