Lease Terms: This is a roommate search. The new roommate will sign an agreement with the current leaseholders. Rent is paid monthly to the leaseholder who transfers the full amount on the due date to the landlord.

Required Documents for Application: a copy of his/her driver’s license or passport, a credit check and a signed room mate agreement provided by the leaseholder

Additional Information:

This unit has all amenities close by (Loblaws, Metro, Starbucks, LCBO, Wine Rack) as well as lots of cafés, bars & restaurants.

The King Streetcar is a 3-minute walk away from the house, and the 63 bus stop is right outside also.

The room is a bright, good sized room and fits a double bed, and other furniture quite comfortably. The unit is an apartment on the first level of a terraced townhouse with a shared balcony. It is also a good size for three people to live and coexist very comfortably. It is open plan with a shared living room, kitchen/dining room and one bathroom. Laundry is on site. No parking.

You will be sharing with a 28 y/o Irish female and 26 y/o Canadian female. The new tenant must be clean, mindful and respectful of others and our shared spaces in the house.

No couples, and unfortunately, we are not allowed any pets. (Sorry!)

Move in date: 1st July 2021

Room will be unfurnished.
