We are in a great spot close to a school and easy to get to the henday or go downtown.we are in the northwest in woodcroft. We have a pretty big backyard where we can have fires and play games. We have an awesome landlord who is very chill. The house is top bottom split with the basement suite being rented out as well. We are on the top floor. There are three bedrooms and one bath. ( We’ve had roommates before and sharing wasn’t an issue at all) close to some parks and great for walks nearby. All utilities and wifi are included.

There are two of us. We are married and both in our early twenties. We love gardening and adventures. We have two cats that we brought back from Haiti when we lived there for a year. They are super friendly. We like to cook and keep things fairly best and tidy. We like watching shows with a glass of wine or beer. We also play boardgames. We are both easy going and fun people.
