This cute space is in the golden triangle/ centertown and is close to UOttawa, farmboy, and many great parcs! I haven’t signed the lease yet, but went to visit the apartment and it’s beautiful- freshly painted white and super duper clean. The lease would start June 1st but I’m open to being on my own for a couple months if you only want to move in later in the summer.
