Literally steps to Humber College Lakeshore Campus (with a TTC bus stop) and into Colonial Sam Smith Park (a massive beautiful park overlooking downtown Toronto), Lake Ontario, beaches and trails. It’s a unique part of the city. Promises to provide quiet space for a student or an adult who is looking for the same. There are many restaurants, pubs and eateries close by, as well as a 24-hour grocery store at the end of the street. The apartment was re-done in the last few years and is modern. All is included in the cost, electricity, water, wifi, etc. Laundry on site too.

There are currently two other roommates, both doing work or school. They are easy going on the whole, and willing to work with you to make it as comfortable as you need.
