A full house that is located in the university area in the community Parkallen. Currently there are two rooms available for $500 a month each. The property is very close to the University of Alberta, Whyte avenue, and Foote Field. The bus stops and LRT are just seconds away so getting anywhere is not an issue. This would be a perfect place for roommates and even students who would like to be close to the university lifestyle and would like a chill living environment. I’m really hoping to get some like minded individuals who would like a clean and relaxed living environment.
