Danforth Avenue

I’m currently leasing this 2 bedroom apartment unit. I’m looking for someone (1 person only) to replace my roommate since he is moving in the downtown area. Apartment is mostly unfurnished in the living room. Internet and Hydro are not included in the Rent but it usually averages around $95 which we can just split monthly. Payment of the rent can be done directly to management which is just located on ground floor.(they take debit) Laundry is located in the basement. cost for wash is $1.50 and same is for the dryer. There’s visitors parking costing $3/day and $5 tot if the person decides to stay overnight Grocery stores are at walking distance(Sobeys, Loblaws, Metro). Some 24 hr Subway and Tim Hortons right next door. Main Street station is less than 3 mins away from the apartment. There’s an LA fitness a block away if you’re into that. A Toronto library aswell, if you’re into that. :P. As of right now, we are experiencing some difficulties with the unit due to old plumbing pipes in the kitchen but we’re getting it fixed. Just message me if you want more detail like apartment floor and other things that i don’t really like about the apartment.(think its better to be honest) Because of the issues aforementioned, i am open to move to a different unit if requested. I highly encourage anyone interested to come visit the apartment before to have an idea of how it is. Great location for runners and if you decide to become my roommate, good job my friend cause not only would you have a place to stay but you would also have won yourself a running buddy!
