Female owner seeking roommate, preferably young professional or mature student.
Bedroom is on 3rd floor in Jade Condo development.
$950 per month, bedroom with large closet, your own bathroom, shared washer/dryer in unit, all utilities including internet included.
Room comes unfurnished but we can provide bed and dresser if required.
No smoking / no dogs / parking not included but there are usually spaces for rent on site or parking on the road.
Available August 1.
