6 month term leases, first and last required. One bedroom for rent in a shared house. The bedroom available has an ensuite bathroom, with toilet, shower, and sink included. Living room, kitchen, laundry, and backyard is shared. One parking spot available for each person, Wifi and cable is included and is fully furnished. (the room comes with the bed and bedside table only). Bedroom also has a separate entrance. The house is about a 5 minute walk from restaurants and grocery stores. 10 minute drive from Lambton college and the lake.
