Wonderland Road North

It is a two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and a balcony located on the 7th floor. It is in the northwest end of the city and is within a five-minute walking distance of three grocers, a LCBO, and multiple gyms and parks. It is about a 12 minute bus ride to campus, or a thirty minute walk on foot. It technically is not a pet-friendly unit per the contract, but the company does not seem to care and they do not really regulate it (many of my neighbours have pets). Regrettably the bedroom is not furnished, but of course you can help yourself to use my cooking appliances and the living room will be partially furnished. The rent is $960 (utilities, insurance, and unlimited internet are included in this figure). I am potentially okay with couples, but then we will have to renegotiate the rent and budget a bit.

I am a gay, 27 year-old, fourth-year Ph.D student at Western and I would prefer to live with another student. I’m clean but I am not too anal about it. I <3 cats, though I do not own any pets.
