Hello, we have 2 rooms available in a big detached house. House is located in Creditview Rd closest main intersection is Burnhamthorpe Rd. Room 1 is 17X12 has closet Room 2 is 11X13 also has a closet. Room 1 is big so we are looking to rent 2 students 400 each we prefer to rent out to female students. This room will be furnished with two twin beds and light furniture. We will have one shared microwave for tenants in the hall and one small shared fridge as necessary. The kitchen is not available only occasional light use is allowed. The washroom will be shared with one other tenant. For room 2 we are looking for one person working professional who needs room for before and after work. 550 per month for this room Rooms will be furnished with light furniture microwave and mini-fridge will be provided kitchen not available may be occasional light use. 1 person reference req. Parking spot available inside the house for $25 extra per month for each person. Parking Garage available for one car for $65 extra. accessible by bus stops away from the bus route. 5 Mins walk to Erindale Go.

We are a husband-wife with 2 children 4 year and 13 year old. Students to keep in mind if they need a very quiet place to study. Background check will be done. Id’s will be required min 6 mths rent min first and last month pmt during contract signing . Absolutely no anykind of smoking previous landlord refrence required.
