I have one bedroom available in my three bedroom place in the Mile End starting September 1st 2023. It is just steps from both the 80 and 55 bus lines, and a quick walk to the Laurier and Rosemont, Outremont, and Parc metros. Surrounded by grocery stores, shops, restaurants; it’s a very vibrant area but the street I live on is quiet. The unit was renovated (2018) and includes a dishwasher, a lovely, deep bathtub, a washer/dryer, and a spacious kitchen. The apartment itself is furnished, and the bedroom available will include a bed, desk, dresser, and bookshelf in addition to an in-window AC unit. The price listed includes the monthly rent and wi-fi.

I’m an American who moved to Montreal to do a graduate program at Concordia. I currently work full time for a media company in the city. I am polite, quiet, and serious about maintaining the tidiness of the shared spaces in the apartment, but also pretty laid back and friendly. I have a wide range of interests, but I can just boil it down to saying that I’m something of a nerd. Also of note, I have a Costco card, so if roommates are interested in going in on bulk supply/grocery items that’s definitely a possibility.

Jack is an incoming student in a Master’s program at McGill, who enjoys history, making art and reading.
