About the room
Looking for a tidy, working roommate to take over the second room in the apartment I am renting. Rent is $800 utilities included. Damage deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent.
The unit has in suite laundry and a dishwasher as well. The unit is fully furnished aside from the room to rent. I will add updated photos ASAP as these ones are the ones from before I moved in.
It is just off of McKercher Drive & 8th Street, so great convenient and safe location. Ground floor apartment makes moving in, groceries, etc. easier!
About the roomies
I am a 26-year old working female, I have 2 guinea pigs and tend to keep to myself. I can be outgoing, but I respect the boundaries of my co-habitants :) The space is kept clean, and is fully furnished except for the room for rent.
