I have a nice large bedroom to sublet to a responsible tenant. It has a nice closet and your own bathroom (though a shared shower). The house is furnished however the bedroom is not.

I have lived for several years in this place and the house is well furnished. I’m a professional in my early 30s. I love to cook and bake. I play board games and watch movies with friends and have many friends who live in the area. I don’t have large get togethers (I leave that to my friends who live in the area) but like to have a friend or two over (in non-pandemic times) to watch a movie or make dinner.
