Within walking distance of multiple shopping centres and grocery stores. Street parking. In-suite laundry, dishwasher. Furnished home but the bedroom is unfurnished. $750/month, utilities included. Internet usually <$28/month. Female roommate preferred You would be sharing the space with two females. You would be subletting from me starting July-August, with your own lease starting after that time if you like living there.

There are two girls living currently living here. One works full-time as Russel Books, the other works at Paboom and The Empress Hotel. They are both early twenties who enjoy cooking and spending lots of time together.
