Hey folks, I’m renting my room from December (12*) - April (30), because I’m going to spend this winter back in my country. It’s a 4 bedrooms basement, one person per room, we are four females on their mid 20s, all are great and usually pretty busy. I’m looking for someone cool, clean, organized and respectful of others It is located downtown at Dundas and Bathurst. It is very central and has everything close by, restaurants, kensington market, pharmacies, street car 24 hours. The rent is $ 700, all inclusive. First and last month! 2 bathrooms: 1 for 2 roommates then other for the other 2 roommates. We have a preference for women, but we can consider man too. No pets, and single occupancy. (12 *) - I want to rent for December 12- 15, because I travel on the 12th, but depending on we can talk. Of course, the rent value would be lower.
