One roommate needed in Etobicoke West, Quiet neighbourhood in residential home very near Etobicoke School of the Arts (Royal York Road). Two rooms to choose from. Main floor bedroom or larger room upstairs. Both rooms are currently furnished, but happy to accommodate some/all of your furniture. Shared washrooms, kitchen and laundry in the basement. Lots of storage, basement is pretty much clear. Shared use of big backyard, including BBQ. Working professional or student who is clean and respectful required. Parking included. All utilities included, including A/C and Fantastic Internet! Non-smoking household, I don’t care if you smoke, just can’t do it inside! I’m really looking for someone to be a housemate and hopefully a friend to hang out from time to time. Security deposit and First months rent required up front.

I’m a single dad and working professional. I’m currently working from home during covid, but typically working downtown in an office environment. I’m very easy going, but also take pleasure in having a clean house. I love to work out, enjoy sports, music, Netflix and hanging out/going out. I don’t sweat the small stuff. I do need cleanliness though…disorganized is ok, but if you leave a sink full of dishes for days, it ain’t gonna work :). I have this great house to myself, so would love a roommate. I have a son that pops round from time to time (once a week if I’m lucky), but he does not live here.
