I’m Josiah. 1 bedroom in the apartment for rent. Hydro which is no more than $60 per month, is included in the $750 and you will have the 1 parking that we have. Cookstown ON, close to Tanger Outlet Mall. There is no credit check. If you smoke we have a back door with a small type level. Its a 2 story building with just stairs. We have internet in the building, but it can be slow. I love animals but no dogs, only cats and small animals are aloud here.

I don’t smoke, but you can smoke in the back. It’s a older 2 story building but the area is beautiful and the essential stores walking distance.
