About the room
Megan and I have rented a house in midtown. We are looking for a 3rd roommate to rent the basement space which includes a large bedroom (with a window) and full 4 piece bathroom. The room has a built in desk in the corner. Washer and dryer are in the basement but everything is closed off by separate doors so there would be no invasion of space. The basement is getting a new carpet in July and the entire house is getting freshly painted!
The house has a large kitchen, large bright living & connecting dining room, sunroom off the kitchen, deck and backyard!

The price would be 1300 max!! we’re still trying to figure out the full price with utilities included .
Also room to park ( both Megan and I have SUVS but there’s room for 3)
Megan and I will be furnishing the rest of the house however if you have stuff you want to contribute you’re more than welcome :)
About the roomies
Megan and I are both students at CCNM! Our school will be taking place mostly online for the fall but we will have classes in person once and a while.
We are both from Quebec and speak French but are fully bilingual!
