Hello! I have a spacious bedroom available in a 2 bedroom apartment from July 5 to August 31. The apartment is located right near Somerset and Bronson in the heart of Chinatown/ centretown (not Barrhaven)

The room is 13x12“ and includes a tv and lots of closet space. Optional to bring your own sheets or I can provide fresh sheets for you. The room can be provided furnished or unfurnished.

You will be sharing the space with one other girl in her mid-20s. She’s very easy going and is working from home.

The apartment comes equipped with a parking spot, AC and in suite laundry.

Kitchen is fully stocked.

Please tell me about yourself, how long you will be needing the room and if you have any other questions. It is $980 per month, inclusive of everything (hydro, internet, parking). Preference to females.
