Hey! I am seeking a roommate to share a large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with! Unit is located on the 16th floor overlooking Toronto and Lake Ontario! This beautiful condo comes with shared amenities and common areas such as kitchen, living room, etc. Included in your price is a private bathroom, bedroom (small, but cozzy, facing SOUTH) and utilities including unlimited wifi and locker! Building amenities currently include: fitness centre, change rooms, sauna. Soon to open: year round outdoor hot tub, pool (seasonal only), yoga studio, golf simulation, billiards room, theatre room. Bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished! . About me: I am a young female who works full time as well as attend school. I am quiet and respectful, and very rarely home.
