Basement room with separate living space in a house with large backyard and shared kitchen. No parking, but there’s a locked bike shed, a back deck with a barbecue, and a main floor that we can share.

Best neighbourhood in Toronto, just south of Bloor St, less than a block from Dufferin Grove Park, with a public library on the corner and man y bars and restaurants right nearby. There is no better place to live!

Me – I’m the house owner, in my 50’s, a teacher. My son, 18, lives here half-time till he goes away to school in September. We’re both pretty active – he plays basketball, I spend a lot of time on the water (mostly surfing/kayaking/canoeing). I’m a vegetarian, he isn’t.
