Murray Street

We are five female Trent University students going into second year looking for a female roommate to live in the basement room. The house is newly renovated, very modern and bright. Rent is $625 a month and includes utilities and wifi. We have begun to furnish the house with couches and a kitchen table. There is a bus stop about a two minute walk from the house and about a ten minute drive to campus. Please feel free to message with any inquiries!

We are all females going into second year of university. We love to go out and have fun but will always prioritize school first. Our programs include Nursing, Business, Biology and English. We love to keep the house tidy as we love decorating and living in a clean space.
