Candace's room

I am looking for somebody to rent out my basement. The space consists of a bedroom and living room. You will have your own bathroom and kitchen. House is located near essential businesses.

I will be living upstairs with my 7 year old pomeranian-chihuahua. He is friendly to people he knows. It won’t take much time for him to get used to somebody living downstairs. There is a backyard that will be a shared living space. Parking spot available.

I do have some furniture down there if needed, but can move it out.
