Walk score: 96, transit score: 74, bike score: 96. An excellent location with groceries, coffee and other amenities within a block and a half. Bedroom for rent is furnished with desk, shelves and single bed. Jack & Jill bathroom: 2 bathrooms with shared tub/shower room in between. So, you have your own bathroom but share the shower. Utilities and internet included. The rest of the condo is also fully furnished and includes in suite washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. No TV in the living room, as we were not using it. Parking is metered street parking.

Active, 40+, professional female. Vaccinated for Covid & expect the same of roommate. Looking to rent spare room while my adult children are away at university. Due to covid, working from home 90% of the time. However, expect fieldwork and office work to resume. Consider myself an ambivert. I like to spend time with friends, family or colleagues but also like quieter time to recharge. Predominantly vegetarian though I eat seafood occasionally when out. Prefer my space to be neat & recycle & compost. Active with bikes, hiking, roller skates, kayak and paddleboarding. Not looking for an activity partner but will welcome you joining if you choose to.
