It’s great for evening walks/biking and the location of the apartment is very peaceful. There are multiple parks around here, and an outside workout area near the subway entrance on Tichester Rd (“Cedarvale Park Calisthenics”). Laundry is in the building.

There are multiple convenience stores nearby. The closest supermarket is Loblaws (with LCBO inside) at the intersection of Bathurst and St. Clair, where you’ll also find Shoppers Drug Mart, Starbucks, Subway, Tim Hortons. About 20-25 mins walking from here, closer to Forest Hill, is another great walking area with Kitchen Table, What A Bagel, Aroma Espresso Bar, Scotiabank, RBC, TD, CIBC, HSBC, BMO.
