Alyssa's room

I have a 2 storey 3 bedroom 1.5 bath condo in east Regina. It is fairly new, built in 2012. The price includes all utilities (water, power, wifi, energy). We have a south facing deck that gets lots of sun. The bedroom for rent has a queen size bed available and the condo is completely furnished (including all kitchen items). Lease is 12 months or school year if preferred. The postal code in the ad is incorrect- I can’t figure out how to change it!

I am a third year Nursing student at the U of R. I have a cat, he is very friendly. I love to cook and be outside. My other roommate works full time. We love to socialize and drink occasionally but like our home to be clean and quiet, in order to accommodate studies. We are both 21.
