Large room, with separate entrance if needed. I am a chef and will cook most dinners for you which is included with rent. The room does not have a window, and is on the main level of the house, me and my kids are upstairs. Close to main routes, roads and busses but in a safe neighborhood. Laundry, wifi and utilities included.

Single mom with kids and a cat. Kids are here 50/50. We back onto a playground and live in a very active community. Lots of people around, great for socializing and nice back yard space. You get your own 1/2 bathroom but share the upstairs shower. We are all busy and come September all the kids will be back in school. I keep a clean house and expect the same from my kids and guests within reason. We often have music playing and encourage you to join us in kitchen dance parties but quiet and responsible is appreciated too.
