Cute spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment with one room for rent. 5min walk to uptown Waterloo!

The apartment is 2 floors with us on the second. All the neighbours around us are very nice and we’ve never had any issues.

I like to be social with my roommates but also like my alone time as well. I enjoy cooking for myself and others, so you may see some friends over form time to time. I like to keep the apartment clean and would like someone who has that same mindset.

I enjoy keeping active with yoga, weight training and spin and love biking around the city for a chill day at the parks.
