This newly renovated apartment is located in James bay one street over from Dallas Road, 3 minute walk to James Bay Square and a 15 minute walk to the downtown core. All major bus routes are a minute walk away. Apartment is South facing with lots of natural light, in a top floor corner suite. Apartment comes partially furnished (not including bedroom) and is located on a quiet street.

I’m a 25 year old professional, with that being said I’m usually in bed by 10pm on week nights! Though I’m always up for a cheeky drink on a weekend. I’m easy going and enjoy a positive atmosphere/laugh whenever it allows. I like to chat and have fun, so having someone in the same energy would be lovely.
