Gabriel's room

I already put down a deposit on an apartment next to parc la fountain, it’s literally the perfect location. The “lake” of the parc la fountain is across the road, the neighborhood is peaceful, Sherbrooke station is 8mins walk away. And most importantly it’s close to gay village lol. The pictures are the unit and the neighborhood. I’m renting out the smaller room with a 2 square meter balcony (have no idea why it’s so big lol) for under 700 dollars. The room is perfect for a double bed or queen bed with no headboard. The unit newly renovated and have a brand new kitchen and personal washer and dryer. We are going to share the utilities, I have a TV we can use together and I’m willing to pay for a couch so the unit basically comes furnished in the living room lol. I have Netflix, crave, and disney+ subscriptions which I can all share with you for free. I might be having a dog in sep but I’m not sure yet so if you love animals then that’s a plus.

I’m a student from Concordia and currently studying to be a teacher. I’m GAY, non-binary, very queer.
