Basil's room

Low-rise apartment building located between Holdom and Brentwood station. Large room with a balcony and 2 closets. Cats are welcomed.Bathroom and kitchen will be shared with me. The building is non smoking, so if you do smoke you’ll have to do it outside. Cleaning will be split between the 2 of us and overnight guest aren’t allowed. Laundry is shared with several other rooms on the floor, but it’s right infront of my unit so it’s convenient.

I’m 25 year old male working full-time, so I’m out of the apartment from 5:30 to 3. I’m a quiet person and usually just hang out in my room when I’m not at work. I’m looking for a responsible, mature and clean person to share the apartment with.
