Room for rent for the right fit in a quiet, safe, beautiful neighborhood in Stonebridge. You’d have your own bedroom, bathroom, and then a shared kitchen/living area/laundry with the option to set up your own living area in the basement.

Fully furnished home and beautifully decorated, but I also have room in the basement if you have your own furniture you’d like to bring. The room you would stay in has a bed currently but I can move it into the spare room.

Quick access to downtown, university, and almost any area, but Stonebridge has everything you need and my place is walking distance to a major shopping centre with everything you need.

Access to deck, BBQ, yard, high end appliances (Vitamix/Nespresso/etc) would all be available for your use if you wanted.

No smoking and no hosting parties. Female student or professional preferred.

All bills would be included for $800 a month. No lease required-short term stays(summer students, etc) will be considered.

I am a 36-year-old female professional. I am a busy, social person and I am away often in the summer. I enjoy hosting events and being active but enjoy my downtime as well.

I have two dogs (medium-sized Norwegian Elkhounds) that are with me part-time–they’re super friendly and love people, so you’d have to be okay with that. You’ll love them-promise! I would consider another dog but no cats sorry-I’m allergic.

I’m only looking for someone who vibes well and who I know would be a good fit. Not desperately needing a roomie, so being selective. :)
