Sarah's room

The room is sunny with a big window, beautiful views of the sunset and the city. It has a large closet and is the bigger of the two bedrooms. We have a small patio and the living room is a good size. The skytrain is barely a 2 minute walk from the building and the neighbourhood feels really safe and comfortable. Only a 10 minute walk from groceries, London Drugs, Starbucks and Tim Hortons. There’s a nice park across the street and we’re only a 15 minute walk from Central Park. This is a short term, 4-month sublet with options to renew in January! Utilities are $20 every 2 months and wifi is $36/mo.

I’m a 22 year old female student, enrolled at film school full time. I’m fairly social but also spend a lot of time in my room and doing schoolwork. I like having guests and would love a roommate I could also spend time with socially. I love to watch movies, visit galleries, read, and spend time outdoors. I consider myself a social person and love to visit new places and meet new people. I enjoy visiting breweries and new bars around Vancouver.
