Room 15 minutes away from Sheridan’s Trafalgar campus and across the street from Oakville Place!

We have a full kitchen, large balcony, and 360mbps unlimited internet. 1 bathroom is shared between 3 people, but as we all have very different schedules this is rarely an issue. Utilities are not included in the rent, but average about $35/month. Room includes shelves.

❕ PLEASE NOTE! This room used to be part of the living room, and the wall dividing it from the living room is made of plywood. The curtain covering it is a sound-dampening theatre curtain. The doorway exits into the kitchen and uses a wheeled shelf as the door. This means that there is little sound insulation. If you’d like a more detailed look at the room we’re happy to show you over video call.

What we need from you:

• Deposit of first and last month’s rent
• Signing a subtenant agreement or lease
• Proof of employment

I’m Jesse, a marketing student at Sheridan College. I will be around until September, and sticking around will be another one of my roommates. We’re both LGBT and this is a very friendly household in general.

Someone that the household can be friends with, and chill in the living room sometime to watch some Netflix would be ideal. :) We party when not in quarantine!
